Having lived in Miami (a long time ago) and Tallahassee, I much prefer Tallahassee. The feel is much more Georgia than Florida – huge oak trees with Spanish moss, azelea, rolling hills. It's definitely one of the more "southern" cities in Florida. Very friendly people.
